How to Use:
- Prep the nail: clean, push cuticles, remove shine.
- Apply dehydrator and primer.
- Apply a thin base coat, cure 60 sec.
- Apply LevelPro Builder Gel – Color Bloom in layers to sculpt or overlay.
- Cure each layer for 60 seconds under LED/UV lamp.
- File and refine if needed.
- Finish with your favorite Dan’s top coat and cure.
