Nail bits are small, specialized attachments that fit onto an electric nail drill. They are used for various nail services, such as filing, shaping, smoothing, and removing products like gel polish, acrylics, and polygel. Nail bits come in different materials (such as carbide, diamond, or ceramic), shapes, and grits (fine, medium, coarse) to perform specific tasks. To clean nail bits, first remove any debris with a nail brush or disinfectant wipe. Afterward, soak the bits in a disinfectant solution for the recommended amount of time, following the product instructions. Once sanitized, rinse the bits with water and allow them to dry before storing or reusing.
