At Dan's Nails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it for free within 30 days of purchase.
Eligibility:
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
How It Works:
- Initiate a Return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Follow the process suggested by BigCommerce to start your return.
- Receive Return Instructions:
- We will email you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return instructions.
- Prepare Your Return:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Affix the prepaid return shipping label to the package.
- Ship the Package:
- Drop off the package at the nearest shipping location or schedule a pickup.
- Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is received.
Exceptions:
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
